I doubt UK hired the mercs, if you pay attention to the course of events and factor in the "demands" against the common Ushra'Khan direction it just doesn't fit.
Of course since UK have proven lately they have little honor left it is a possibility.
But it just doesn't fit.
Look at who CVA war decc'ed just before this, look at the common associations with cosmic Fusion and the Pirate group the SUdden Death Squad (The Short bus squad), Look at the demands and how openly they give away supposed contract information. I know Cosmic Fusion arenĘt the sharpest knifes in the drawer but they arenĘt THAT dumb, at least I donĘt think they are.
No it looks more like Cosmic Fusion just wanted to get in on the battle and made some excuse. Plus how many Mercs contracts are actual contracts, 10%?
this is not a bad thing really just more piggies in the pig pen and we all like bacon.

CVA are criminals to us, Huzzah are aiding criminals therefore are accomplices to crime, and crime has a punishment..
I'm talking about Wings of Maak's multipule breaking of your sides own ROE Anjerrai Meloanis. That is a clear proof for lack of honor. prove me wrong in this upcomming war, fight with honor, keep your words and attack pirates rather than go around them. If your side does handle it self with honor than i will openly retract my statement on these very boards for all too see.
But with Wing's of Maak still in Ushra'Khan i think I've made a safe bet.
Time will tell i supose.
